I was always given an appointment time in the morning. Sometimes the front desk forgets what I came in for so they take longer to prep the room. The staff is nice overall. In regards to waiting time it was extremely long for a booked appointment. The nurse practitioner Patricia, was really nice in conducting my first pap smear. I’ve had 3 appointments since my first initial visit.
