Initials hidden

Dr. Yunayev was very pleasant and had great bedside manner. Unfortunately, the front staff is highly disorganized and needs a better system of keeping time & information. I received a call the day before to confirm my appointment, but upon arriving, I was told that my appointment wasn’t on schedule. After almost 15 minutes of searching through various manila folders, they finally realized that I did in fact have an appointment through zoc doc. They also asked me to fill out a profile, after I mentioned, twice, that I filled out a profile online already. Also, while meeting with the Nurse Practitioner, she repeatedly asked me questions that I had already answered previously. And while in the room, we kept getting interrupted by questions & phone calls. Highly unprofessional. I also received a call this week to move my follow-up appointment from “12:30pm” (my appointment was set for 11:45am not 12:30) to 11:30am. I’m concerned now that they get appointments messed up, and will give them a follow-up call a few times to confirm my appointment. It’s very sad that I even have to do this. I will say the staff is very friendly, but they need to get it together! Hire new staff or get rid of the old ones. And please give Iris a vacation.
