Initials hidden

Dr. Yunayev was very kind and polite. He wasn’t all smiles. His face stayed very serious but in no way was he cold or dismissive. He was extremely informative and didn’t dumb things down which I appreciated. He was direct yet understanding. Through the serious exterior, you can tell he really cares about what’s best for the patient and getting to the root of the issue. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was a bother. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.
