Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a $100 missed appointment fee. If you have paid a $100 booking fee this charge will not be reimbursed. In order to schedule another appointment an additional $100 deposit will need to be paid.

For ALL appointments, we require a credit card on file. A no show or late cancellation will result in a $100 charge to the patient’s credit card.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call or text Sani Aesthetics, M.D. at (408) 884-8890 or email . as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call, text or email at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
