Jovacia McClear is a dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in providing personalized, comprehensive care to women in outpatient settings. She specializes in contraceptive management, including IUD placements, and routine annual exams. Her expertise extends to addressing a wide range of gynecological and reproductive health concerns, including (but not limited to):
- Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
- Irregular menstrual cycles
- Abnormal uterine bleeding
- Pelvic pain
- Uterine fibroids
- Ovarian cysts
- Vaginal infections

Jovacia holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and is currently practicing at Bella Donna Medical, where she continues to provide exceptional care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Keavern V. Kirby — Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Keavern Kirby is a women’s health nurse practitioner who specializes is providing health care in women across the life span. She received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2017.
Having worked at various medical facilities throughout New York City, Keavern takes a strong interest in providing culturally competent care and respecting patients background while delivering safe, effective and evidence based care.
Keavern is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who has been contributing significantly to the field since earning her Master’s Degree in Women’s Health from SUNY Downstate. With a deep commitment to patient care and advocacy, she offers comprehensive and compassionate healthcare to women of all ages. Her particular passion and expertise lies in GYN care, focusing on menstrual cycle disorders and pelvic pain. Keavern’s expertise and dedication ensure that her patients receive high-quality, personalized care.
